Tobacco Cessation

Do you want to quit tobacco, but are unsure how? Millions of Americans share your goal of a tobacco-free life. Resources are available on a local, state, and national level to provide assistance and guidance.

Tobacco Cessation Classes Provided by OUHSC

This four-week program offers 4 one-hour lunch-time sessions providing the support and skills needed to quit tobacco for good.   Session is offered free to OUHSC employees and students.  Next session begins September-22-2008. The classes will be held for 4 consecutive Mondays (9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13). Call 271-1650 or 41656 to register.
